The client is a professional establishment which deals with all of the export activities of its members .The main aim of the Association is to increase the export volume of Turkish Chemicals and Chemical Products Sector. Moreover the Association conducts to increase competitive power by high quality.
We were tasked with orchestrating B2G meetings spanning four diverse industry sectors: cosmetics and personal care, kitchenware and houseware, the chemical industry, and the healthcare sector. Additionally, we had to accommodate meetings with government organizations, all within the constraints of a single day. With B2B matching involving 29 Turkish companies, some of which offer niche products like firefighting foam concentrate, we meticulously handled the recruitment of buyers, ensuring specialized attention for these distinct offerings.
We assembled a team and divided them into four specialized task forces
Database Management Team: Our database management team started their task by listing out HS code of all relevant products then developing the database of importers as well as industry association listing, industry directories -- in total we developed broad database totalling 2,598 companies that we collected data from various sources.
Project Coordinators: Our project coordinator team embarked on an outreach campaign, extending personalized telephone invitations to a total of 818 verified, highly relevant buyers. Armed with the acquired email addresses and contact details, we sent official invitation letters to prospect buyers and engaged in compelling conversations about the upcoming trade mission event, skillfully persuading them to join the matching event.
Project Management Team: Our proficient project management team crafted a website, empowering Thai buyers with comprehensive product details. Additionally, we masterfully devised a telephone script, ensuring unwavering clarity among project coordinators regarding their tasks and equipping them with captivating hooks to promote the event. In seamless collaboration with a renowned PR company, we orchestrated a professional press release, further enhancing our event's public image.
There were total 71 Thai buyers participated to the B2B matching event with 29 Turkish companies, each Turkish companies met with at least 6 and up to 13 meetings. On average, Thai companies get 1-2 new partner to further discuss business opportunity.
