A leading non-profit association dedicated to promoting Turkey's natural stone industry. With a membership roster exceeding 5,600 members, this organization has been orchestrating highly successful B2B matchmaking events, fostering valuable business connections and partnerships between Turkish marble companies and the global community of importers and distributors
There were about 13 Turkish marble exporters who joined the trade delegation in Singapore and about 11 Turkish companies participated for the Indonesia and Thailand trade mission. The mission for each market is to match at least 8 meetings between local importers, distributors or architects with each Turkish company.
We employed our trade mission and B2B event management approach and assembled a team and divided them into four specialized task forces.
Market Analysts: These professionals diligently conducted in-depth marble market analyses for each target location. Their objective was to equip Turkish companies with a comprehensive understanding of the local markets. Additionally, they organized insightful 30-minute webinars to shed light on the growth potential within each market.
Database Management Team: Our skilled database management team compiled extensive lists of local entities, including importers, distributors, architects, and contractors. These lists were thoughtfully prioritized to optimize contact strategies.
Project Coordinators: The project coordinator team took charge of the crucial task of inviting prospective partners to join our B2B meetings. Their efforts were instrumental in ensuring that the right participants were engaged for these events.
Project Management Team: To orchestrate this multifaceted endeavor, our project management team skillfully managed resources and developed a comprehensive invitation package. They closely collaborated with our client to ensure a seamless execution of the mission.
We organized the B2B matchmaking events dedicated to natural stone sector held in Indonesia, Singapore and, Thailand. We brought together 91 importers and distributors from these countries to meet with Turkish companies dealing in various marble products, including blocks, sized marble, and slabs. These events resulted in an impressive total of 479 face-to-face meetings, leading to fruitful collaborations and business growth.
